Maryborough Swimming Club Annual Trophies

Maidstone Trophy
Awarded to the swimmer (10 years or under) who shows improvement in all four strokes over 50m in the competing season.

Lang Family Award
Awarded to the swimmer (11 to 13 years) who shows improvement in all four strokes over 50m in the competing season.

Eley Trophy
Awarded to the club person of the year who has strived above and beyond the normal call of duty in a voluntary capacity during the year for the overall benefit of the club and its members.

Krutli Outen award
To the swimmer (14 years and over) who shows rement in all four strokes over 100m in the competing season.

Reg Long Trophy
To the swimmer (13 years and over) who swims the fastest 200 metre individual medley at validated meets during the season.

Norm Rasmussen Trophy
To the swimmer (under 12 years) who swims the fastest 200 metre individual medley at validated meets during the season.

Coaches Awards
Awarded to swimmer/s who is a regular attendee at club training sessions and who, in the opinion of the coach, puts the most effort into these sessions.

Russell Eastwood Memorial Award
Junior and Senior awards, awarded by the president, as an incentive to the swimmers who have shown dedication and enthusiasm toward their swimming throughout the season.

Club Championships
First, second and third places for results in the club championship night in under 12 50 metre events and 200 metre IM and over 13 100 metre events and 200 metre IM for males and females receive medals.

Aggregate Points Trophy
First, second and third awarded to the top three-point scorers across the swimming season.
Points are allocated as follows:
- One point for each race swum during the season.
- Two points for equalling the best time in a race.
- Three points for improving a best time in a race.
- Five points for competing in an individual medley.
